What is best tool to saw off the 2 3/8″ metal poles even with the top rail on a cedar fence I am building?

Reciprocating saw with metal cutting blade does not seem to work very well.

if I were building a wire fence, what pattern would give the best resistance to high impact?

I want to build a fence out of light weight steel cord. What would be the best pattern to follow to stop high impact collisions. The area covered would be 10′ length and 3′ height

Whats the best way to layout where you posts will go when building a fence?

I have masons twine, stakes, you name it. However, it’s difficult getting this right. How do I properly layout my yard so my fence will be nice and straight with 90 degree angles included?
