Can anyone help w/ DIY assist or instructions on building a privacy fence?
Pressure treated lumber, materials, measurements, possible layout, etc. Thanks in advance.
When building a privacy fence, what is the proper spacing between the planks?
I vaguely remember someone telling me to nail the planks together with no gaps because the wood will weather and shrink to form small gaps between. But if the wood is pre-treated, is it going to shrink?
This weekend I am building a gate for my privacy fence, anyone know any good web sites for how to on gates?

Will building a privacy fence increase along the back on my home about 100 feet long, 6 ft high increase the value of my home at all, if so, how much?
It will be blocking a neighbors house that is right behind ours.
